A sweet terraced house on a cul de sac very close to central Maidenhead. Peaceful and perfect for a family, the large living/dining room has parquet flooring and windows over the front garden and French doors to the back garden. The large separate kitchen also has access to the secure back garden, perfect for letting the kids or pets out whilst you watch.
The space
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms one with en suite, an additional family bathroom and an abundance of wardrobes (one has the flexibility of being a twin room, as the bed separates) Spotlessly clean, and with all the essentials, you will find comfortable beds, lashings of hot water, whizzy wifi and a well-equipped kitchen.

The garden has a utility room housing the white goods and has space for extra storage and a gate for rear access. Parking is available on the street.

Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Over time we have created a few processes to ensure we can deliver a high service level and a great stay for every guest.

The master bedroom has twin beds which zip link to become a king-sized bed. Please state if you need these beds as singles or as a double when you book.
