My home is a lap of luxury for complete relaxation, which is your haven from home. It is a brand new modern and cozy apartment. I’m very particular about the minimal but exciting interior, which forms the theme for the house decor.

One of the bathrooms is ensuite and the other isn't. Each bathroom has a toilet, sink, and bathtub, and is equipped with the essentials needed such as towels, soap, and body cream.


LIVING ROOM:

This is a perfect space to relax. There are two-seater and one-seater chairs and a 43" TV for guests to….Netflix and chill (an account is provided). There is high-speed internet, so you’ll have no problem streaming on all your devices.


KITCHEN:

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Other things to note
House Rules:
-Check-in time is 3 pm and checkout time is 11 am
-Smoking is not allowed
-Pets are not allowed at the property
-Early/Late check-in and late checkout attract a fee, depending on the next guest arriving. This is non-refundable in case of cancellations.
-No noise-making or parties are allowed
-Cot is provided only upon request and costs £10 per night. Please note that the baby counts as a guest too and in a situation where there are two adults and a baby, £50 will be charged per night for extra guests (cot fee will be waved)
-A £100 fine is charged if you lose the fob used in opening the door.
