The windows facing the street have secondary glazing for extra sound proofing however it's not perfect due to the proximity of the bars, the plus side is you'll find everything you need on your doorstep including many bars and restaurants. The property is only accessed via stairs (no lift). As with most old properties the stairs are quite steep. There is no parking on site due to the location of the property, however you'll find Rose Lane car park close by.
