Adjacent to the kitchen, the spacious dining area will be enjoy by all - making this the perfect space for gathering the whole family.

?️ Sand Pit Cottage offers three cosy bedrooms:
• Two rooms with king-size beds
• One room with a comfy double bed
Sleeping up to six guests comfortably.

? The family bathroom downstairs includes a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. The master bedroom also has its own ensuite with a toilet and basin, newly added in 2024.

? Outside, enjoy your own private courtyard garden - perfect for alfresco dining under the parasol, a summer barbecue, or relaxing with a glass of wine after a day exploring. Surrounded by characterful brick and flint walls, this peaceful space is ideal for unwinding in style.

Sandpit Cottage is nestled in the charming village of Thorpe Market, just 4 miles south of the coastal town of Cromer, offering a peaceful retreat with access to some of Norfolk’s best attractions. The village is surrounded by excellent dining options, including the renowned Gunton Arms, celebrated as one of the finest restaurants in the county.

Just a short drive from the cottage, you’ll find Groveland Farm Shop and Restaurant, a delightful spot only 2 minutes away by car, as well as two local pubs, The Vernon Arms and The Suffield Arms, both less than 1.5 miles from the property. For convenience, a mini-mart located just a mile away provides essential groceries and other necessities.

A quick trip to Cromer offers visitors a taste of the traditional seaside experience, with its wide sandy beach, perfect for swimming and surfing all year round. The town’s picturesque streets are lined with Victorian buildings, and the area is full of pubs, restaurants, arcades, and cafés. Thorpe Market is easily accessible by car. From Norwich, it’s about a 30-40 minute drive via the A140 and A149. If you’re traveling from London, the journey takes around 2.5 to 3 hours via the A11.

The nearest train station is in Gunton, just a 5-minute drive from Sandpit Cottage. Alternatively, Cromer Station, about 10 minutes away by car, provides regular services to Norwich. From Norwich, there are direct trains to London Liverpool Street, Cambridge, and other major cities.
