Stay in the heart of Norwich's Golden Triangle, a 6 min drive from the city centre and a short walk from Unthank Road's pubs and cafés. This Victorian terrace with a wood burner is a comfortable base whether you're here to work or to explore. Walk into town via Upper St Giles for independent shops and the market, then come home to a fire and a proper dinner.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
• Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
• Want more time? When there's no other arrival or departure that day, you can check in 2 hours early or check out 2 hours late for £25. Just ask us.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Like most Victorian terraces, the stairs are steep. There's a handrail, but please take care, especially with little ones.
• The bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs.
• The original wood floors can be cool underfoot in winter, so pack some slippers.
• UK bed sizes apply.
• More logs for the wood burner can be bought locally.
• Fresh bed linen and towels are provided, along with starter toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar, UHT milk and UHT oat milk, plus salt, pepper and oil.
• A travel cot and high chair can be arranged for £30 with 24 hours' notice, as we book these through a local supplier.

HOUSE RULES
• No smoking indoors. Please use the ashtrays provided outside.
• No pets.
• Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am on weekdays and 11pm to 8am at weekends.
• Please treat the house with respect and leave it as you found it.
• Accidents happen. Just let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guest. We won't charge for minor breakages like a broken mug.
A digitally signed rental agreement is required for every booking and will be sent by email. We'll also ask for photo ID before arrival.
