Summary

This flat is stylish, central and comfortable, giving a warm and welcoming feeling to guests. It has amazing sea views to enjoy from a private balcony. It is at a good proximity to a vibrant nightlife at the Barbican and short walk (3 minutes) from the centre of Plymouth and the Hoe.
Our flat has a large open plan kitchen/diner and living room, 2 spacious double bedrooms, 1 ensuite and 1 seperate bathroom. The flat has amazing views of the sea and surrounding areas and a beautiful view at night over the Barbican.
This flat is STRICTLY no smoking. The Alarms are directly connected to the fire brigade and if there is any smoke or even tampering with the alarms, a signal will be sent directly to the fire station, there will be a charge associated with each call out so please do not smoke or touch the alarms.

In the kitchen you have all the utensils you need to cook. There is a dishwasher and the tablets are under the sink, there is a clothes washing machine and all you need is under the sink as well.
Please use the items with care and sensibility.

There is a sofa in the living room. The Tv is an LG smart tv and you can log onto your own Netflix account and watch what you please and you can also use the free LGtv app.

The internet router is in the entrance hall way and the password on the back.

The orange table and chairs in the living room may be taken outside to use on the balcony, however please make sure you bring them back inside with every use as the weather may be unpredictable and the wind can blow the furniture off the balcony.

Please do not hang anything in/on the balcony. Use the clothes drying wrack in the storage cupboard in the hall way.

Both bedrooms have kingsize ziplink beds and are spacious. Please do not move any furniture around. There is a hairdryer in the green bedroom. Towels provided are in the bedrooms and will be changed once a week for longer stays.

There is handsoap in each bathroom, toilet paper, shower gel, cotton buds and cotton pads for your use. There is a bath/shower in the separate bathroom and a shower in the ensuit.
