The space
The property is a spacious 1920's period house with three large double bedrooms, a characterful hallway, a spacious and relaxing open plan lounge/diner leading to a fully equipped and charming cottage style kitchen.

There is a modern family bathroom upstairs and a downstairs WC.

The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal and the property comes with a welcome gift of essential items.

There is a handy lean-to utility area with washing machine, iron/ironing board and clothes airer provided.

A tidy west facing garden with a handy shaded terrace area will allow you to enjoy tranquility and is a great space to enjoy the longer summer evenings!

Bed linen, towels and toiletries are also provided with the property for your convenience.

There is free WiFi and a TV in the living room.

Please note the house is located in a very quiet and peaceful residential area, ideal for exploring the city but out of respect for our neighbours we cannot allow parties and events of any kind, noise must be kept to a minimum and quiet hours observed, any report of excessive noise could result in your stay being terminated immediately.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the house and garden throughout their stay.
Other things to note
Please note, there is free on street parking throughout the area, but this does get very busy in the evenings and we do not advertise parking with the property. You can often find parking in the road but you may have to park a short walk from the house or in a local road nearby.

The property is a lovely home in a quiet area, out of respect for neighbours we request that noise is kept to normal levels at all times and to a minimum at nighttime during quiet hours. No parties or events are permitted.

We reserve the right to cancel your stay should excessive noise levels be reported.
