The Poe is a large terraced house near Preston city centre. It is a few minutes walk from the train station, university, docklands and county council buildings. The Poe is a spacious house that has two very large bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen and dining room and a lounge. High-quality fixtures, furnishings throughout the property give you that homely feel. Large impressive fireplaces are the focal points of the front room and dining room. The two double rooms will be set up as double beds, however, they can be split into single beds if you require it. There are two sofabeds in the front room allowing the property to sleep, six people. The house is equipped with everything that will make it your home away from home during your stay including free parking on the street, free Netflix and free high-speed Wi-Fi. **Security deposit & signed T&Cs required.** No smoking at all. Ring recording doorbell in place.
