LIVING ROOM:

There's no better place than our living area. Whether you're diving into a book, music, or simply kicking back to enjoy a movie after a fulfilling day, our living room is the perfect place to be. We have a smart TV with all the apps you need to unwind. Our living room also contains a large double sofa bed for additional guests.

Games / Dining Space:

Our property also contains a pool table which is perfect to unwind with friends/ family.

Kitchen:

Our Beautiful Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home. You’re on holiday though, right? Treat yourself and order anything you want from Deliveroo and get it delivered to your door.

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:

We provide the convenience of a washing machine and a clothes drying rack, ideal for those on extended trips.

Guests will receive a 15% discount for 1 week stays.

Guests will receive a 20% discount for 1 month stays or more.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:

For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, shampoo and soaps. A hoover is also provided.

GOOD TO KNOW:

You can effortlessly check yourself in between 3pm - 11pm using self check in.

- Guests will require to submit their Identity Documents as part of our check in process and sign our terms and conditions. Check in instructions will not be released until this has been actioned.

Please note that not all items displayed on the images such as face masks and wine will be provided during your stay. We will provide hand soap, body wash, shampoo/ conditioner and fresh linen/ towels for each guest.

Parties/ Smoking/ Loud Noise is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund.

Quiet times after 9pm (Please show respect to the neighbours around you).

Security Cameras are positioned in common areas and outside of the property. These are managed by the security team for the building.
