There is secure, free gated parking in front of the building. Access to the parking is via a FOB, which you’ll find in a lockbox outside the Newbank Tower building. The lockbox is located on the building wall facing Change Way (Name of the Street)—it’s the only lockbox outside the building, so you can’t miss it. The code for the lockbox is 0325, and inside, you’ll find the FOB for parking, the building, and your apartment keys.

If the gated parking is full, there is on-street parking on Green
