This spacious 1 bedroom holiday cottage is set within our well-manicured private grounds; 18 acres of lawns, flower gardens and woodlands. The cottage has a natural stone frontage, beamed ceilings, open plan living with good quality furnishings and co-ordinating fabrics, creating a real ‘home from home’ feel. Fully equipped with a flat screen Freeview television, DVD player, washer/dryer, double oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board as well as a full complement of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The property has a Super-King sized bedroom; where upon request a travel cot or chair bed can be provided (for a child up to 6 years of age). Alternatively the bedroom can be set as two 3ft single beds on their own. The lounge offers a 4ft pull out sofa bed**. All in all a very versatile set of sleeping arrangements to suite a couple wanting the comfort of the extra large bed or for a small family requesting a suitable arrangement for their specific needs. Maximum capacity is for 2 adults, 1 child up to 12 years and /or an infant. Located at the front of the cottage is a private patio area with patio furniture.
