Enjoy the open plan lounge, kitchen/diner. Stairs lead you to the main bedroom adjacent to the family bathroom, the bath has shower over head. The twin bedroom has 2’6″ beds** best suited for children. Fondly known as ‘Notter Cottage’, the property is nestled against south east Cornwall’s River Lynher and enjoys the benefit of patio doors opening onto a private rear south facing garden with lawned area. The property is NOT suitable for any one requiring space for a Travel Cot, you may wish to consider Brookside or a 2 Bedroom Valley View. A gas BBQ*** is provided during the summer months. The property is adjacent to our private drive and boasts a level parking space (please note that the property is situated opposite an elevated bridge carrying a main road, all perfectly safe on our private estate, but you will experience some ambient traffic noise).*Don’t forget to check out the fantastic addition to your stay; FREE unlimited leisure membership.
