This impressive 3-bedroom home, is newly refurbished and sleeps up to 10 guests.Parkville can sleep 10 guests over 3 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds.Set over 2 floors there's a fitted kitchen, 3 good-sized bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, a private garden which is gated as well as off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles.The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans, cooking utensils etc. On sunny days, when you're not at the beach or venturing the coast, there is a large patio area with table and chairs.With flexibility in mind, two of the bedrooms (bedroom 1 & 2) have 3 single divan beds, on request 2 singles can be clipped together to make a super king-sized bed, or left separated.
