THE SPACE
The place boasts a comfortable and cosy lounge with Smart TV, large 3 seater comfy sofa and armchair. Ideal place to unwind and relax after a busy day.

It has a large open planned kitchen, dining and sun room with fully equipped kitchen and perfect for your self-catering stays with amenities including range oven, hob, grill, American style fridge, dish washer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, pots, pans and cutlery where you can prepare home cooked meals during your stay.
There are also facilities to do your own laundry washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board for your convenience.

There is a spacious dining area with large wooden table and comfortable seating to seat 6 to enjoy meals and family/friend’s time. There is also work desk space with super fast broadband / Wi-Fi suitable for working from home working.

The home away from home has 3 double bedrooms boasting plush and super comfortable beds with bedside cabinets, chest of draws and wardrobe or clothes rail.
One bedroom can be switched into twin rooms (upon request).
All beds have memory foam mattress and cotton linen to ensure a perfect night sleep.
On the first floor there is a large, bright and fresh family bathroom with WC, basin, bath and spacious walk in spa shower.
The place also boasts a private garden with patio furniture and a private drive for parking or on street parking for free.
