Comfortable Shepherds’ Huts in North Yorkshire set within a peaceful corner of our working farm beside a private fishing lake. Just a short drive from Thirsk and within easy reach of Ripon, Harrogate and the A1(M), the huts provide a convenient and quiet base for contractors, business travellers and professionals working in the area.

Combining countryside tranquillity with practical facilities, the huts provide a comfortable alternative to hotels for those needing accommodation while working locally.

The Space
Each shepherd’s hut has been thoughtfully designed to offer a warm, practical and comfortable living space suitable for both short stays and longer work placements.
Inside you’ll find a comfortable double bed along with a small single bed (suitable for children under 10). The huts also include a small kitchenette equipped for preparing simple meals, along with a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The space is carefully arranged to provide everything needed for a relaxed stay after a day’s work, while still allowing you to enjoy the peaceful countryside surroundings of the farm.
The huts are positioned beside our fishing lake in a quiet corner of the property with open views across fields. Guests can book fishing during their stay if they wish to enjoy some time outdoors.
Each hut offers a calm and private setting — ideal for unwinding in the evening after a busy working day.
