Nearby, you'll find nature walks, as well as restaurants, shops, and cafes, depending on your preferences.

The bedroom has two wardrobes, a double bed, a dressing table and a smart TV. You'll have a choice of channels to view, including Netflix and Amazon Prime with guest log-on required.

The lounge has a custom-made unit which doubles into a storage area for clothes as well as a workspace or area to eat meals. There is a comfy daybed which can be used both as a sofa or a single bed.

The kitchen contains all the amenities you could need. There's also a breakfast bar.

The bathroom has a heated towel rail which can be turned on or off in the hallway. There’s a water pump which can also be switched on for a power shower or fast-filling bath. The water is always very hot!

The hallway has a unit for shoes to be put away. The airing cupboard is a utility space for items such as the iron and ironing board. There’s also extra clean towels, blankets and bed linen.

A quiet neighbourhood with Ickenham Village and Ruislip one way, Hillingdon and Uxbridge the other. There’s the Hillingdon fitness complex with pay-as-you-go classes, a gym, sauna, steam room, indoor pool and outside summer lido all open to non-members. Uxbridge with ample shopping, cinema, bars and restaurants. Lots of country pubs, scenic walks and woodland nearby. Not forgetting the famous Ruislip Lido.

Just a few minutes walk away you can find the local park with a duck pond and outside gym area installed.

From there you can walk into the village within 5 minutes. Ickenham has some lovely cafes and bars with a number of convenience stores including a post office all within easy reach.

The bus stop is a one-minute walk away with connections to Uxbridge, Ickenham and Ruislip (Metropolitan & Piccadilly line) and West Ruislip (Central line & Fast Marylebone service).

There is also the bus station in Uxbridge with fast connections to Heathrow Airport.

Hillingdon and Ickenham are within walking distance. The Oxford Tube coach service also goes from Hillingdon and takes you into London.

The A40 is a minute's drive away for an easy 20 min drive into London or connections to the M25. Fab location for Pinewood and HS2 contractors.

There is ample free parking as the property has its own car park.

There is a communal entrance and a flight of stairs to the flat entrance. The communal garden is available which is securely locked so only guests and other resident tenants have access. Although it is never used by anyone, so you'll likely have it to yourself!
