A detached bungalow on a quiet residential street on the west side of Wigan, set up for work trips and hospital stays as much as for match days.

Two bedrooms sleep four, a double in one and two singles in the other, with a double sofa bed in the living room for two more. The shower room has been done properly, with a large walk-in shower. The kitchen diner has been upgraded and comes stocked with cooking basics and a coffee maker, and there is a dedicated desk and WiFi for anyone needing to work in the evening.

The living room opens through a glass-roofed garden room onto the patio, which is covered and has a pool table, which beats sitting in a hotel room after a shift. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are all here, with fresh linen and towels every stay.

One free space on the private drive, with further on-street parking alongside. The Royal Albert Edward Infirmary is around five minutes by car, as is the town centre. The Brick Community Stadium is under a mile. The M6 is roughly ten minutes, and Wigan North Western and Wallgate stations are about a mile away.

Please note there is a walk-in shower rather than a bath, and the property has an exterior Ring security camera.
