Hayloft @ The Victorian Barn Dorset

The Hayloft is our first floor loft apartment within The Victorian Barn. Accessed via an external spiral staircase, this is a first floor loft in our stunning barn conversion property, sitting above the Byre.

Originally a victorian hay barn built in 1849 and sympathetically converted in 2009 retaining many period features, the Hayloft offers two ensuite bedrooms, sleeping up to four guests

First Floor
One king ensuite bedroom (two guests) with a window and blackout curtains plus a Velux window and blinds.

One twin ensuite bedroom (two guests) with Velux window and blinds.

Two ensuite high pressure shower rooms with heated towel rails, wash hand basins & WCs.

Our bedrooms boast comfortable memory foam mattresses with plush pillows and duvets (non feather), compact TVs, fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, bedside tables & full length mirrors.

Open plan kitchen and lounge.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with double oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, under counter fridge and table top freezer.

There is a farmhouse dining table and chairs for four guests with window views towards open countryside.

The spacious lounge area offers plush leather sofas, coffee table and flat screen TV with Amazon Fire Stick & DVD player.

The living area has two large windows with panoramic views and blackout curtains. There is also a Velux window, exposed beams and a chandelier.

The Hayloft is accessed via an external spiral wrought iron staircase.

The Hayloft is situated above the Byre.

Outdoor Area
Amazing views towards open countryside with Bulbarrow Hill, the second highest point in Dorset in full view.

The Hayloft has a compact, standing balcony and porch entrance at the top of its wrought iron spiral staircase. At the bottom of the spiral staircase there is a patio area and garden furniture, perfect for dining alfresco!

Nearby open plan lush green lawn for outdoor fun and play or to just breath in the fresh countryside air and to relax upon.

For guests convenience this property also benefits from a shared outdoor drying line.

The Victorian Barn is situated within 65 acres of glorious countryside, featuring plenty of outdoor space laid to lawn and patio areas to make your getaway a truly relaxing one.
