This is a 3 bedroom house, with beds for 5 people. One room contains a double bed, a second contains bunk beds and the third bedroom contains a single bed. All bedrooms are on the first floor, alongside a wet room.

On the bottom floor is a living room with dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and conservatory/sitting room.

We are lucky to have beautiful views out of the side and back of the house. The side of the house has views of the River Forth whilst the back has views of The Binn hill.

There is space for 2 cars on the driveway at the front of the house and there is private garden area to the rear. The back door and garden are divided by a communal path for the bins to pass and for rear access to the houses on either side of us. The garden is higher than the house and has steps leading up to it. Please be very cautious of the drop.

We are in a 1960s terrace with elderly neighbours and so please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum – absolutely no parties, large gatherings or dogs.
