You may take a day trip to nearby locations such as Windermere, Keswick, and Cockermouth, which are all a wonderful short journey, but when you leave the beauty of these places, do you really want to leave and stop your nature and scenic experience there? Enjoy the beautiful scenery and nature of our great Cumbria & Lake District at the Oak Tree Cottage, and let it be your home during your stay. Come home to even more natural and beautiful wetlands, forestry, and wildlife. There are three ponds at the property which is a stones throw from Keekle river and maybe enjoy some bird watching with plenty of species to capture on a beautiful photo or even just a memory you wish to enjoy for yourself or you could even dear stalk through field and forest that this beautiful eco cottage is set within.
