You’re brilliantly placed for exploring the region: the house is under 7 minutes’ drive to Guildford town centre and train station, with direct services to London Waterloo. Major routes such as the A3 and M25 are close by, making it easy to reach popular attractions. Thrill‑seekers can be at Thorpe Park in around 25 km, nature lovers can enjoy the sandy beach and wildlife at Frensham Great Pond and Common around 25 km away, and motoring fans may recognise nearby Dunsfold Park – home of the Top Gear Test Track – which sits about 14 km south of Guildford.
