Compact clean & tidy house with 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk bed room), open plan lounge/kitchen/diner & downstairs bathroom. Ideal for contractors/builders sleeping 3 in 3 separate bedrooms or 4 with 2 sharing the twin room.
Best suited for 3-4, but could sleep up to 6 with 2 sharing the double and 2 sharing the twin room and 2 sharing the bunk bed room.
A second house with the same configuration is available on the site. So 8 could be accommodated comfortably.
The House is on a park just outside Hayle. Very central for all Cornwall locations with easy access and parking for several vehicles. All utilities included. Bedlinen and cleaning at a nominal additional cost. £65 per clean. £15 for the double bedlinen and £10 for the singles.
