The space
Escape to Fantasia, a brand new exquisite holiday home accommodating up to 10 guests (plus leather double sofabed) within an exclusive development. This fun, social property is all set on one level. It is versatile and can be configured to meet your guests' needs for sleep and play alike.

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a double-ended deep bathtub and shower, offering a private sanctuary. A second and third king size room are adorned with the finest linen and beds for the ultimate night’s slumber.

There are a further two sleeping pods providing flexible sleeping areas. Screened off for privacy, each area contains two ziplink twin beds which can be supersized to a superking depending on your needs. Great for kids to create their own spaces, or walkers to retire peacefully after a hard day on the hills, the sleeping areas are a versatile feature.
The two family bathrooms ensure convenience for all.

Fantasia's unique social spaces beckon, with a spacious kitchen diner designed for rustling up feasts and the cooking and laughter in a stylish open plan format. The well-equipped kitchen featuring a four-ring induction hob, fan oven, microwave and dishwasher has an inviting island with seating for six. Gather around the twelve-seater dining table for memorable meals shared by all.

The turret lounge is a vast circular funspace for relaxing, playing games and watching tv. It is 7 metres in diameter, adorned with plush seating for all including an Italian leather sofa bed, emanating comfort. Everyone can sit in comfort whilst you enjoy fun times, plus a there's bar for you to mix up your favourite cocktails or reach for a drink if the kitchen feels too far away...There is ample space to enjoy the table football table and explore the box of games and the huge smart TV (with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) caters to your multimedia needs.

Step outside to a quaint courtyard, complete with a bistro set for secluded al fresco moments. Venture beyond your private courtyard to enjoy the grassy paddock and hill garden (30m from Fantasia) - perfect for family games and outdoor fun. Relaxing on the outdoor furniture, you can enjoy glorious views of the Malvern Hills, cosy round the smokeless Solo firepit which easily converts to a BBQ for open air dining. A delightful addition for the whole family is the flock of friendly cheeky chickens who will amuse and entertain.

At the top of the hill, there’s a rather unique bohemian tipi that can be reserved for special events or celebrations during your stay at Fantasia (subject to availability and upon request). The local pub, The Red Lion, is great for food, especially Sunday roasts and the best takeaways will deliver to your door from Malvern.

Nestled in the old village of Cradley, Fantasia offers tranquillity and easy access to attractions. Cradley’s serene surroundings are ideal for nature walks and cycling. Venture out for day trips to Cheltenham or Worcester with great shopping or explore the Malvern Hills, a short drive away, for panoramic views and scenic hikes. Immerse yourself in England's Civil War past at Worcester's Commandery or climb to the top of historic Worcester Cathedral. You can meander through the vibrant market town of Ledbury, known for its timber-framed buildings and independent boutiques.

Small sheltered courtyard with sitting-out area and garden furniture by front door. Bike storage. 1 small dog welcome, additional small dogs £30 each. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Sorry, absolutely no hen or stag parties. This is not a party house but perfect for family gatherings, reunions, couples and holiday makers.

Guest access
The whole apartment is for your use. You can separate it into two smaller apartments if you prefer more privacy between groups of your guests.

Other things to note
Fantasia Malvern offers an additional sofa bed if required, providing extra flexibility for sleeping arrangements. The property is certified to the highest fire safety standards, ensuring a safe and secure stay for all guests. If you're looking to accommodate more than 10 guests, please enquire about The Brook, another luxurious property within the same exclusive development, which also sleeps up to 10 guests. Both properties together can comfortably host larger groups, making it ideal for family gatherings or special celebrations.
