It's front line position not only means the views are incredible, but it's also just a stones throw from the beach and an array of attractions such as golf courses and kids play areas.

The Lookout is a 3-bedroom property that can sleep up to 6 guests, making it the perfect destination for a friends or family getaway and is also a favourite for company and corporate stays for those working in the area.

The Space
Set across two floors, the layout has a very homely feel, with a beautifully designed living room and a separate kitchen diner, ideal for hosting all types of stays. The majority of the rooms boast the unrivalled views. Just wait until you see the sunsets over Arran!

The dining area is perfect for a quick bite to eat, or when hosting a dinner for family and friends, however it can also double up as 'office space' for those who are working remotely.

Guest Access
Our guests have the access to the full three bedroom apartment for the duration of their stay. We operate a contactless check-in and keys are collected from a key box on arrival at the property.

Neighborhood
The location is as good as any on our portfolio. With Prestwick beach on your doorstep and with the property located just a short walk in to the vibrant town centre, it's the ideal base for your stay.

The property is also a short walk from both a recently improved kids playpark and is walkable to Kidz Play soft play centre for those who are visiting with children.

For the golfers, the 1st tee at Prestwick Golf Club is quite literally within driving distance (for the longer hitters!) of the first tee and it's a short trip to other top courses such as Turnberry, Royal Troon and Dundonald Links.
