We are proud to present this modern and stylish 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house, situated on a quiet street near to Ashford Town Centre and with easy access to the M20. It has free on-site parking and free WiFi.
The property has a spacious kitchen-diner. The modern kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, built in oven and hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a large dining table with seating for 6. There is a separate lounge with a comfortable corner sofa and a large screen TV which offers terrestrial channels and Netflix. Downstairs is completed with a handy cloakroom and washer/dryer.
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a single. The doubles have king beds which can be switched to twin beds on request with at least 48 hours notice. All of the bedrooms are attractively decorated. One of the doubles has an en-suite shower room. There is also a modern family bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen and towels are supplied.
Outside, to the rear, there is a fenced, sunny garden. This is accessed via patio doors directly from the lounge. At the front there is an on-site car parking space. There is also free street parking.
The house is ideally located for families as well as corporate/contractor guests. There is easy access to the M20 going north to London and south to the coast and just a short drive to Ashford train station. The Eurotunnel Le Shuttle service is just a 20-minute drive. It is close to Ashford town centre where you can find great restaurants, bars and shopping – including the well-known Ashford Designer Outlet. For leisure time the beaches at Folkestone, Port Lympne Safari Park, Champney’s Spa at Eastwell Manor and several nature reserves and parks are all less than 30 minutes drive away.
