The Long Barn at Water Lane Farm offers four self contained studio apartments on a working farm. An ideal base for exploring the local surroundings, work appointments or a leisure break. The studios are perfectly suited if you are visiting the area and would like your own space. Homefield studio is located on the ground floor and fully equipped for a maximum of two occupants. Accommodation comprises of air conditioned studio living space with a superking double bed, a fully fitted kitchen and ensuite shower room. Please note Homefield can be set with twin beds if preferred. Adjacent to the barn there is a communal garden with patios and outdoor seating offering meadow views and giving easy access to local countryside walks. Private car parking is provided along with a bike storage rack.Water Lane Farm is located in the village of Upper Caldecote in Bedfordshire and is conveniently situated less than a mile from the A1. The local market town of Biggleswade is five minute drive away and contains a good selection of shops, supermarkets and restaurants as well as mainline train access to London.
