Welcome, Welcome and thanks for looking. I am a professional woman, offering 4 lovely, light, spacious and very comfortable rooms, in my beautiful Victorian terrace house. 2 of the rooms have their own private en-suite bathrooms and 2 share a very large luxury bathroom. There are also 2 further separate WCs. I am listing the 2 en-suite rooms as one listing and the 2 guest rooms which share a large luxury bathroom together. This is the listing fir the 2 rooms which share the large luxury bathroom. All 4 guest rooms are on the same floor and they are all double rooms with large windows. The rooms are newly decorated in neutral colours. Each has a brand new double bed with orthopaedic mattress, wardrobes, bedside cabinets, chests of drawers, wall mounted TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Room 3, in addition, has a sofa bed- which is a small double and fluffy towels are provided.

Please note that guests have their own large sitting room, with 65 inch smart TV, so you do not have to stay in your room, but may use the sitting room, kitchen or sit in the lovely garden.

In addition, uppon arrival you will be given your own key and fob so you can come and go as you please.
