The Old Church of Urquhart is a comfortable conversion on top of its own hillock inmidst Malt Whisky Country, close to the sea at the Moray Firth & the Grampian Highlands...just 5 miles east of Elgin.
--> The Studio is in the back at ground floor of the church.
This is the perfect place for peacefulness & privacy; our private home -where we live at first floor- usually run as a B&B.
This is self catering with a fully equipped kitchen; incl. a small fridge and a separate small worktop freezer, a microwave, double oven with 4-plate hob and toaster/kettle.
NETFLIX & Co. are for you to enjoy at the TV in your studio!
The studio consists of one large room plus a separate kitchen and a separate ensuite with shower...
There is enough space equipped with soft furnishing, a dining set and a daybed.
Distinctly Different is not only the building and its position...enjoy 2 acres of garden grounds and relax in this peaceful place!
You are on your own at the studio with its own entrance through the back of the church enjoying as well lawns over two levels, the Church Pond, two BBQ places and a wee forest outside.
After each full week the studio gets cleaned by us and linen & towels exchanged, free of charge
Up to 1 well-behaved dog might be welcome by arrangement for an additional charge.

Parking Summary
Access to the front of the building is via a private driveway suitable for any standard van; access for larger vehicle has to get arranged (a large car park in the village is just a short stroll away!).

There are several car parking spaces in front of the building, off-street; please advise if there is more than one car requiring parking.
