The Piggery constructs in 2016 has an open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen and lounge area. There is a wall mounted HD smart TV . The kitchen has a a full sized gas range,microwave,dishwasher,exprewsso machine and its own washing machine. The shower room is modern with a high flow rain shower. All th rooms are underfloor heated . All lighting dimmable and the barn has wifi throughout.
The barn is located 2 miles from Guildford in our 29 acre grounds and accessed by its own private entrance. There is ample parking for your cars in our gated courtyard. You have unrestricted views towards the hogsback and Charter House School. There is also a Hot tub . Please request this when booking.
