The Pump house is a unique 1940s conversion with loads of period character and charm .The pump House is a detached Property with its own allocated parking spot and there is no need to drive into town as it is only a few minutes walk through Crown close to the town centre.
The Property has an open plan living arrangement which provides the social focal point for guests for there stay.
The kitchen is a handless design with solid work top surfaces .The kitchen and the worktop is designed with a peninsula and an overhanging breakfast bar providing seating for four people .
The worktop can also be used as a workstation for remote workers with power sockets to hand above and below the worktop to power computer laptops and accessories.
Aside from the usual array of appliances,oven ,hob,fridge and freezer etc there is a microwave oven and a double toaster .
The lounge has a smart tv ,Wi Fi and two single sofa bed chair beds .The sofa chair beds offer additional sleeping for two allowing a maximum occupancy of 4 people .
The first floor is arranged with a double bedroom laid out within the Pump Houses quirky vaulted ceilings and a separate bathroom accessed off of the stair landing .The bath room is finished fully tiled with the addition of a fully tiled walk in shower room .
The Pump House is the perfect choice for social occasions ,whether it be a short break ,somewhere to relax or to use as a base to visit friends and social events
The Pump house is also well positioned to visit many of the local attractions .
